5 more sleeps until my sister Bernie arrives in this part of the world along with daughter Kelly. In the meantime, we have already left homebase in Denmark. Barry is on a 3 day field trip in Hamburg learning about some of the remarkable stuff that goes on with Architecture technology in this amazing city. I just noticed the architecture and have discovered that Hamburgers seem to really like pointy buildings...
Yesterday we went to
Miniatur Wunderland which was amazing. Massive models of cities and countries around Europe at a scale 1:87 so tiny. Most was authentic but they also made up bits. It was really fascinating and you could press buttons to make certain parts or effects take place. They also went from day to night on a regular basis so you got to see all the city lights as well.

So that was Hamburg. We are meeting an old friend from NZ tonight, who happens to live here now, and tomorrow we are heading off to London.
A couple more shots to leave you with...
