The other side of Prague

We were a bit tired today and our faces weren't bovered about sightseeing so we took a walk to the other side of Prague, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists. It was raining too so further inspiration to have a cruisy day. We saw a different side to Prague and spent half the day at a couple of lovely cafe's instead. We are off to London tomorrow and looking forward to being in an English speaking country for a change!
Lynnie outside the place we stayed - we were the left window on the first floor!

A very green building just down the road

Our address for the five days we had in Prague. We walked through the green highlighted area each day - and this was where we took photos of those glorious views of the bridges of Prague.
An Art Deco apartment block

Lynnie by the view of  another big park on the other side of  the hill away from the city centre.

I zoomed in to take a photo of the housing blocks you can see in the far distance of the photo above. This is how the regular people live I presume.  At least they have a nice view!

A very un-renaissance piece of architecture in Prague.

Cafe number 1. A lovely patisserie serving nice coffee and delectable sweet desserts.

Cafe number 2 with the resident bear.
